(IV/' P/v-s-s Association —< 'ojojri'jht.) London, Jan. 21. In the debate on the Address-in-Reply, Mr O'Brien, Parnellite member for Kilkenny City, proposed an amendment in favour of an amnesty being granted to all Irish dynamiters. Mr Ridley opposed the amendment, and refused to make any exception in the treatment- of the Irish prisoners. The amendment was negatived by a large majority. Mr Dillon submitted an amendment to the address, that the fall in the price of produce required a further reduction of rents in Ireland. The debate was adjourned Mr Chamberlain has moved for the re-appointment of the* Royal Committee of enquiry on Jameson's raid on the Transvaal.
