Napier arrive 7.0~> p.m. ; and return leaving Napier 10 p.m., Farndon 10.20, Hastings arrive 10.40 p.m. On Nkw Ykak's Day, Ist January (Hastings Races), the usual time-table will be suspended, and trains run as per time table to be seen at all stations and in posters. Napier-Spit trains will not run. Goods traffic will be suspended and all goods sheds closed. Attention is directed to the afternoon special from Napier to Hastings Racecourse. SPECIAL RACE TICKETS. On Ist January special race tickets (not available by express trains) will be issued from Napier, Awatoto, and Earn don to Hastings Racecourse, available for use on day of issue only. Fares—4s first class, Bs second class, including admission to racecourse. CHEAP EXCURSIONS, NEW YEAR'S DAY. On Ist January excursion tickets (available for use on day of issue only) will be issued as below : Napier to Hastings, Tomoana, and Whakatu (or vice versa) —First class, 2s 6d ; second class, Is 6d.
