Constantinople, Dec. 27. A regiment of Redifs seized a transport and having bound its own officers threatened to sack Mudania, a village of Asia on the sea of Marmora, unless arrears of pay are forthcoming. The Vila pacilied the men by paying seven hundred thousand piastres.
