The Wreck of the Delmira.
THE CAPTAIN'S CERTIFICATE RETURNED. [By Telegraph] ( Per Press Association.) Wellington, This day. The Court of Inquiry into the loss of the Delmira found that the casualty was caused by an inset current and the wind failing. Captain Hutcheson made some allowance for the inset, though not enough, and would probably have I succeeded in saving the vessel but for the wind dropping. His certificate was returned, and no order made for costs.
