At the S.M. Court this morning the following civil cases were dealt with : Kershaw (Ebbett) v. Hapena te Roha. Judgment for £7 2s Id ; costs, 15s; interpreter, (ss; solicitor's fee, 15s Gd. McPherson (Ebbett) v. Williams. -Judgment for £2 4s ; costs, 6s. Howler (Ebbett) v. Home. Judgment for £2 8s 9d ; costs Bs. Keit;i Ruta (Humphries) v. Mere Hira. For possession of tenements and damages. Order for possession in one month, 110 damages. Rivers (Scannell) v. Jull (Sheath). Judgment for £B7 Os Id ; costs, £1 2s. The following judgment summonses were dealt with : Warren (Sheath) v. Schaeffer (Ebbett) : £6 2s. Order suspended while 18s per month is paid. 13ad ley (Scannell) v. Barry (White): £l2. Order for immediate payment or seven clays. Judgment suspended during payment of £2 per month. Burnett (Ebbett) v. Karaka : £8 Is 6d. Order suspended for one month. Pitt (Ebbett) v. Milne: adjourned for three months. Hannah (Sheath) v. P. Home: £1 2s Id. Order suspended till December 4. The following defended cases were decided. : Sheath v. Dewsnap, claim £2 12s 6d and counterclaim 16s 6d : defendant denied giving instructions for the work alleged in the account. Judgment for the plaintiff on the claim without costs and for the defendant 011 counterclaim without costs. Moore (Sheath) v. Geo. Hayes (Ebbett), claim £:S 12s; judgment for £2 16s ; costs, 7s.
