SUICIDE OF A MERCHANT.

THE ((> HON Kti S OPINION OF A MAGNETIC IfI'.ALEK. Mn.i;ot F.vF.. Nov. Is. Edward M'Phcrson, of M'Pherson Bros., machinery merchant';, committed suicide by shooting himself. The evidence at the inquest showed that deceased was suffering from depression. He had consulted a magnetic healer, who said M'Pherson was suffering from congestion of the liver and kidneys; he found this out by looking into the brain.

The coroner strongly Condemned the action of the healer, and said if M-Pberson bad not consulted him he would probably bo still alive. He would like to order the healer to be florarf.
