Mr Charles Cooper has created something lik a furore in Napier by his remarkable scenic concerts. Owing to other engagements Hastings will only have the pleasure of a one night "season," but the management promises a programme which cannot fail to bring a bumper house to the Princess Theatre. The following artists will renderings and recitals with most magnificent limelight and scenic eilects: Mr \Y. Mackenzie, the famous Scotch baritone : Miss J« s>ie (llover, the favorite dramatic reciter ; Miss Nellie Cauitou (soprano). Mrs Price (contralto?. Mr S. Ri rig way (tenor). Mr H. H. Hunt |baritone), and Mr !'.. S. tGoldsmith (baritone) : and Miss Stevens will -:ct as pianist. The vocal items will include "Death of Nelson, " "lb arts of Oak."
