THE ARMENIAN QUESTION.
Constantinople, Oct. 30. The Sultan has appointed five Christians as Deputy-Governors in Anatolia. The majority of them are Greeks. A large quantity of dynamite and bombs have been discovered in Vera. Forty persons suspected of being connected with it have been arrested.
