The match be-1 ween the Napier Scinde Club and the Hawke's I>ay County Club was concluded in the Heretaunga School ground on Saturday afternoon, resulting in a win for the local team by six wickets. The visitors managed to knock together KG runs before being disposed, which left the County Club 107 to win. This number was obtained principally by the hard hitting of P'Enulen, who carried out his bat for bl. Afternoon tea was provided by Mrs J. A. Fraser and other ladies.
