Notwithstanding the rro nt immense shipments of gold to America, there appears no lack of the yellow metal. The Bank of New South Wales last week sent to the Mint in one lot (»J,N26 ounces or over two tons weight of gold, valued at i"2li>,ooo. This is the largest amount ever .-ent by any New South Wales bank to be coined at one time.
