THE ARMENIAN QUESTION.
ENGLAND CONFERS WITH ITALY. MOEE PROMISES OF REFORM. THE SULTAN EXILES HIS SECOND WIFE. London, Sept. 28. England and Italy are conferring respecting united action in the East. Italian troops are ready to proceed to the Levant at a moment's notice. Fifteen thousand are now waiting to embark if necessary. Sept. 29. M. Cumbon, French Ambassador, has claimed the release of a thousand Armenians. The Sultan has consented to convoke an assembly of Armenians and to the extension of reforms throughout the empire. Constantinople, Sept. 29. The Sultan has exiled his second wife, being suspicious that she was conspiring with the heir apparent and deposed Sultan Murad, who was beseeching her to warn him of the suicidal policy he was following.
