Dennehy, claim i£6 ss; costs 35s 6d. George v. Lucas, claim lis 6d; costs 6s. Ridgway v. Hayes, elairii 15s; costs 6s. Morgan v. Henare Poukutu, claim £1 4s 6d; costs 15s. Morgan v. Alick Honare, claim 17s 6d ; costs 14s 6d. Stubbs, Paterson & Co. v. W. H. Kitt, claim £5 ss; costs 10s. Hickey v. Jeffares, claim on judgment Bjimmons fqr £9 4s. Mr Lewis appeared for plaintiff. Order made for payment forthwith or in default seven days' gaol, to be suspended on payment of £1 per month. King y Tutewako, claim on judgment of L 3 69 6d. Order to be paid forthwith or one week in Napier gaol. Guqderie (Mr Ebbett) v Hspuku, claim on judgment synnnpns for LBl 18s 4d. Order made for the amount to be paid in three instalments of L 27 6s within nine month*.
