SYDNEY SHEEP SALES.
#- A WEAK TONE. Sydney, This day. The opening of the new season's wool sales took place yesterday. There was a very large attendance, and a number of English and Continental buyers were present. Bidding was rather languid, and a decline of about 5 per cent, was noticeable in greasy and scoured merinos. Crossbreds remain unaltered, the top price for greasies being 7fd and for scoured Is l£d.
