_ A USEFUL GATHERING. Lov.i.'w, :>t. 8. Mr John Redmond describes the Dublin Convention as a very useful gathering, and it has been the means of healing some of the breaches that existed in the Irish Party. September 0. Mr Redmond denies that the Irish in Australia and America have any right to dictate the policy and conduct of the Irish members in the Imperial Parliament. Delegates from Australia at the Conference were unknown, and he denied that they were genuine representatives of the colonies.
