Sensational Poisoning Business.
A sensational poisoning case is to be tried at Antwerp shortly. The accused, Madame Marron, a young and attractive women the wife of a well-to-do hotelkeeper at Bergerhout. a suburb of Antwerp, has been for several months under arrest on suspicion of having introduced p, i-on into food which .she administered to her husband's parents each of whom fell ill somewhat mysteriously, and died within a few days of the other. Being denounced by the servant, Madame Marron. who is known to the authorities by her maiden name of Pauline Harcq, fell under suspicion ; the body of the old couple were exhumed, and the result fully established the fact that death had resulted in both instances by*' - arsenic poisoning. The chief ground of accusation against Pauline Harcq is the circumstance that her husband was recently in feebie health, and his death before that of his parents would under terms of the old gentleman's will have prevented her benefiting bv it.
