In the Superme Court in the case of Southland y. Southland, an appeal by the husband against an order to maintain his wife, who had married again, believing him to be dead, the appeal was dismissed and the order maintained. In the Divorce Court, in the case of Boadley v. Roadley, the husband's petition, a decree was made absolute. In the case of Scott v. Scott, the wife's petition, a decree nw was granted,
