FRIENDLY FEELING HE TWE EN THE NATIONS. Deultn, June 15. Li Ilung Chang assured the Kaiser that the feeling in China Avas unusually friendly to Germany, whose aid in forcing the Japanese to give up possession of the Liaotung Peninsula was freely recognised.
