ENGLISH BY-ELECTION.
A RADICAL RETURNED. London*, .June 3. An election for the Frome division of Somerset, rendered necessary by the succession of the sitting neniber, Viscount Weymouth, to the title of Marquis of Bath, took place yesterday, and resulted in the return of Mr J. E. Barlow, the Radical candidate, who defeated Lord Thynne, a Tory, by a majority of 279 votes.
