A VALUABLE DISCOVERY.
MOUNT MORGAN TO BE
ECLIPSED. Melbourne, June 2. A private geological surveyor has reported to the syndicate for which ho is acting the discovery of immense deposits of quartz at Maryville. They are similar and rival the famous Mount Morgan formation. The gold-hearing country is of enormous extent, and a ton of stone treated has yielded loz. 6dwt. of gold.
