Xo entry will be received for any race except upon the condition that all claims, disputes and objections shall be decided by a majority of the stewards present, or whom they may appoint, and their decision upon all points shall be final. The '• Rules of Racing" as adopted by the Metropolitan Clubs will bo strictly adhered to. "The attention of owners and trainers is particulaly called to Rule 75 of the 4 Rules of Racing,' which will be strictly enforced/' Colours, pedigrees, and performances must accompany entries in all cases. All stakes paid in full. "Hack" shall mean a horse that has never won a race of 40 sovs, and that is not engaged in any Derby, Guineas, Oaks, or St Legcr at time of nomination.
