Alterations for standing advertisements should be handed in by 2 p.m. the day before they are required to appear. Advertisers and subscribers canremjt payment by money orders or postage stamps. For the convenience of advertisers replies to advertisements may be sent to the Standard Publishing Office, but the Proprietors do not accept any responsibility. The Proprietors reserve to themseclves the right of omitting advertisements that they may deem objectionable, even although such advertisements may have been received and paid for in the usual course of business.
