Entries for Maiden and Handicap events, together with colors, will be received by the Secretary, at his office, up to 9 p.m. of SATURDAY, November 19th. Handicaps will be declared on NOVEMBER 24th. First race to start at 10.30 a.m.; others to follow at 20 minutes’ interval. There shall be at least Four entries, or no event.
