RESOLUTION has been passed by “ Special’Order ” to Repeal the whole of the Borough Bye-laws and adopt New Ones to regulate— Proceedings of Council, Streets and Footways, Obstructions, Buildings, Fire Prevention, Pounds, Vehicles, Hawkers and Pedlars, Nuisances, Bathing, and Miscellaneous.
