RESOLUTION has been passed by “ Special’Order ” to Repeal the whole of the Borough Bye-laws and adopt New Ones to regulate— Proceedings of Council, Streets and Footways, Obstructions, Buildings, Fire Prevention, Pounds, Vehicles, Hawkers and Pedlars, Nuisances, Bathing, and Miscellaneous. A meeting will be held; on OCTOBER 18th NEXT to confirm above resolution, the New Bye-laws (which arc open for inspection at this Office) will come into force on Ist NOVEMBER NEXT, J, BOURKE, Town Clerk.
