THE IRISH QUESTION,
CURBING THE PRESS-SPEECH BY O'BRIEN; London, Oct, 5. Great excitement still prevails in Ireland, and although no serious disturbance has occurred, several events have happened which go to show that affairs are in no way assuming a more peaceful aspect.
