Wonderful Balloon Voyage.

Mr Joseph Simmons, the aeronaut of Old Bond street, has just accomplished a very remarkable aerial voyage. Starting from Preston on Friday, at elevon o’clock, a.ii)., the balloon passed Holyhead a little to the north at three o’clock, over Dublin Bay at six, descending at Mr. Fagail's, Ballyboden, Eathfarnham, seven miles west of Dublin at 6.15 the same evening. The distance covered was 160 miles, and the time occupied seven and a quarter hours. The packet from Holyhead to Dublin kept behind the balloon all the way. Mr. Simmons’ daiing voyage is the first on record,>nd it is grate* lying that no accident of any kind nt aired *' success unique in aerial adventures.
