Cholera at Singapore.

Sidney, August 26. The B.L.S.N. Company’s steamer Bulimba bring! later eastern news to 7th July. The French transport Coinotin, with 900 troops, and the Russian transport, Nijni Novgorod, with 635 prisoners from| Odessa, arrived} at Singapore on the 22nd. The French transport, Cachar, with 786 troops arrived on the 24th from Saigon, homeward. Cholera has broken oat at Singapore, and already three persons have fallen victims to the disease. Cholera has also broken out at Telukankon, in Perak. Twenty-nine Chinese died in a short period.
