STOUT EXPECTS DEFEAT.
HIS LETTER TO AGENT-GENEBAL, London, August 29. Sir Dillon Bell, Agent-General for New Zealand, has received a letter from Sir Robert Stout, in which the latter states that he expects the Government will sustain a defeat.
