TIMES TO BE PROCEEDED AGAINST. London, July 1. Messrs F. H. O’Donnell and P. Dillon will take proceedings against the Times for libel in connection with the recent accusations made by that paper against the Parnellites. Mr Smitn has given notice that he will move on Monday next, that the cloture be applied to secure the immediate passage of the Crimes Bill through the House of Commons. Wreck of the Tasmania.

London, June 30. The Board of Trade inquiry into the wreck of the P. and O. steamer Tasmania, on the coast of Corsica, has commenced. Tho evidence showed that the Lascars belonging to the ship were excluded from shelter when the Europeans were protected from the cold and violence of the waves, in consequence of which twenty-four perished from exposure.
