MESSRS GRAHAM, PITT & BENNETT Are favored with instructions from Gbaham Lord Gbxbnwood, Esq., Registrar of the Supreme Court, to sell by Public Auction as above, at the request of the Mortgagees, under the provisions of the Land Transfer Act, 1885, the whole of the undermentioned valuable property, viz.:—

THAT PIECE OF LAND, situated in the Township of Ormond, containing by admeasurement One Acre (more or less), which said piece of land is Section No. 2 of the Township of Ormond, aforesaid.
