THE BEW JAY BRIDGE, AFGHAN AFFAIRS. London, June 13. The new Tay Bridge was opened on Saturday with a great demonstration; Tho Emperor oi Germany who lias been very ewiously ill, has sufficiently recovered to be able to get up; the cramp in tile abdomen is abating. Lord Salisbury has announced his opinion that the Suez Canal should be open to all parties at all times. The Ameer of Bokhara is tempting the Afghan rebels to enlist under his standard. The German Lloyds Company have offered to run a line of steamships between Vancouver and China.
