REINFORCEMENT OF BALKH AND HERAT. jjdNDON, June 8. The troops of the Ameer have effected a junction. The occupation of Karki by Bussla is disbelieved in India. Russian mws states that the Ameer of Afghanistan is marching garrisons to Balkh and Herat to oppose the advanoe of the Ghilzais. The Bus&iazi Press have declared that the ocoupation of Karki settles the Afghan Frontier Question in favor of Russia.
