Polio Case at Christchurch

P.A. CHRISTCHURCH, Nov. 23 A nine-year-old boy, from Burnham, who was admitted to the Christchurch hospital on Monday, was found-to-day to be a positive case of poliomyelitis. The last case in Christchurch was reported on November 1. That was a man aged 40, who had recently arrived from the West Coast, and who died about a week after his admission to hospital.
