New Charges By Guatemala
LONDON, Nov. .15 The Guatemalan Foreign Minister. Mr Enrique Meany, has charged Britain with landing “important forces in British Honduras with the object of persuading Guatemala from persisting in her territorial claims. In a written statement, at a news conference Mr Meany said this .was the second time this year that Britain had “provoked’ Guatemala. J-ne other time was when on the eve ot the Bogota conference two Brrtisn warships arrived at Belize and lanaed troops.
