HIS MAJESTY’S COLONIAL SERVICE, i qpHERE is a vacancy in the Colonial A Geological Survey Service for a SENIOR GEOLOGIST to the Government of the GOLD COAST to undertake general geological work, including geological mapping and prospecting. The candidate should have . a higher degree of a University, i.e., M.Sc., Ph.D. or D.Sc., and not less than ten years’ post-graduate experience, including geological mapping. Experience in prospecting is desirable. The post will be permanent and pensionable and carries a gross annual salary, inclusive of expatriation pay. in the following scale £970 x 30 — ; £1,060. £1,140' x 30— £1,260, £l3OO. The point of entry will be’ determined by the experience and qualifications of the successful .candidate. Rent for partly furnished Government quarters is chargeable at the rate of £9O a year.
