Fair and Mild (Special to Argus - ) WELLINGTON, Nov. 15 The West Coast weather report is as follows:— Situation: A weak anti-cyclone is advancing on to New Zealand and a depression is advancing across the north Tasman Sea. The forecast to 5 p.m. on Tuesday is for moderate variable winds. The weather will be fair and mild. Further outlook: Rain developing in the north! cloudy elsewhere.
