At a meeting of the Buller _ \'/omen’s Baseball Association, Miss R. Halsall presided. Preferences were made to the death of Mr Alex Rennie, national secretary, and it was agreed to convey to the relatives and the N.Z. Association the sincere sympathy of the Buller affiliation The late Mr Rennie has been a sterling worker for the sport and took a leading part in its administration. He was also responsible for the formation of the N.Z. Women’s Baseball Umpires’ Association.
