SOUTH AFRICA OPPOSED IN PLAN TO ANNEX S.W. AFRICA
(Rec. 7.30) PARIS, Nov. 13 The delegates of Poland, Russia, Czechoslovakia, and Venezuela spoke in the United Nations’ Assembly’s Trusteeship Committee against South Africa’s plan to “integrate” southwest Africa, the former German colony, in her territory. The discussion was then placed in recess until Monday, when Mr E. H. Louw (South Africa) will reply.
