Gandhi’s Assassin Opposed to Policy
NEW DELHI. Nov. 8. Nathuram Vinayak Godse, who confessed to killing Mr Gandhi, too* nearly five hours to read his statement to the court. His voice rose when he came to the part sealing with Mr Gandhi’s policy. Excitedly, he said? “So strong was the impulse of my mind that I felt this man should not be allowed to meet a natural death, so that the world may know that die had to pay the penalty of his life for his uiiiusc anti-national and dangerous favouritism towards a fanatical section oi the country.”
