Looters Shot by Burmese Troops
RANGOON, Nov. 11. Burmese Government troops killed 10 of a band of insurgents who looted the rice stocks in a village near Basien, according to a Government communique. The insurgents were driven off. The communique also reported that 20 insurgents <swere killed and 50 wounded in a heavy engagement at Pakokku, a district to the southwest of Mandalay. ___
