(Rec. 9.30). PARIS, November 11. Indian official sources said that, following representations from the South African Government, France has refused a visa to Dr Yussif Dadoo, a South African national, who now is in London, and who had been asked to advise the Indian delegation to the United Nations. The South African Union Government withdrew Dr Dadoo’s passport when he sought to fly to Paris for the United Nations meeting, but he was permitted to go Ito Britain, after winning a Supreme I Court action against the South AfriIcan Government.
