Tsingtao Menaced by Communist Advance
(Rec. 10.10) NANKING, Nov. 12 The United States Consular officials at Nanking last night urged the Americans in the Chinese port city of. Tsingtao to leave immediately unless they have some compelling reason to remain.” Tsingtao is the American fleet anchorage. Hitherto it has been regarded as the safest place in China.
