Title Decided for Royal Baby
LONDON, Nov. 9. Letters patent by the King and published in the London Gazette coni’or the style and title Royal Highness and prince or princess on Princess Elizabeth’s expected baby. The King’s Act amends an edict made by •King George V on November 30, 1917, which limited the title of princess or prince to the 1 children of the sovereign and to the children of the sovereign’s son without provision for the children of the sovereign’s daughter. The Postmaster-General (Mr Paling) announced that it had been decided not to issue special postage stamps in connection with th&Jhrth of the child to Princess Elizabeth.
