Fines amounting to £lO5, on five charges of failing to make returns of income, were imposed in the Magistrate’s Court, Invercargill, on Alexander Humphrey Moynihan, of Heddon Bush, a farmer, who pleaded guilty. It was stated that, from 1943 to 1947, taxes totalled £2293 17s 3d. which had since been paid—P.A.
