Hospital Site
[To the Editor,. Sir. —I notice that the Grey Hospital Board is thinking of transferring operations to the Perotti Estate, and that the chairman is afraid that people will get in before the Board and grab sections. I sincerely hope they do. As a resident of the vicinity, I strongly object to the proposal. What is wrong with the present site? It is one of the finest in Greymouth, and if some of the unsightly buildings were moved, there should be tons of space. Why want to go into one of the few residential areas left in the town? As a resident, I protest against the proposal. I am, etc., STAY WHERE YOU ARE, Karoro.
