SCHOOL CADET TRAINING WELLINGTON. Oct. 12. The conference of military and educational authorities on cadet training in post-primary schools, which sat at Wellington from September 7 to 10, was resumed at Army Headquarters to-day. Twelve teacher delegates and representatives of the three services are present. The conference'will report later to the Minister of Defence.
