FARMER’S BODY FOUND IN SEA

P.A. AUCKLAND, October 12. The body of Francis Owen Nops, aged 37, a farmer, married, of South Cove, Kawau Island, was found in the water at South. Harbour, Kawau, by a party of residents this morning. Nops had been missing since Friday night, when he left his home to row to Mansion House Bay to collect mail. His dinghy and an oar were later found washed up in the South Harbour. —
