MAYOR RESENTS CHEAP SNEERS

Assertions in newspaper reports that the money was being handed to the Greymouth Borough Council which would spend it and all it could get, were keenly resented, said the Mayor (Mr F. F. Boustridge) last night. He was addressing the meeting dealing with the Royal visit.
