(N.Z.F.A.—REUTER CABLE) (Rec. 7.20). LONDON, October 9. His Majesty will wear the Crown and his Parliamentary robes of dark red velvet with an ermine collar, for the first time since the opening of Parliament in 1938, when he opens the new session of Parliament on October 26. Their Majesties will drive from Buckingham Palace in the Irish State coach, followed by four State landaus, carrying Great Officers of the Royal Household, and members of the Royal Suite.
