At Changchun, the last Chinese Government stronghold in Manchuria has been evacuated, according to the Chinese newspaper “Takung Pao.”

The evacuation of Changchun _ is believed to be in accordance with one of the decisions that were reached at top-level military conferences which were held recently in Peiking, under the chairmanship of Marshal Chaing Kai Shek.
