(Rec. 640). LONDON, Oct. 2. The Communist Party's vice-chair-main, Mr R. Jaime Dutt gave a report on the British Empire at the rwo-days Communist Party conference. He declared: Britain’s aggressive colonial war policy is at the root of her economic problems. Empire means war—that is a lesson which the present situation is revealing for 1 : ritish and colonial peoples.
